Default Titan Killer question

Simple really. I've recently bought the Taros Campaign book and alot of the weaponry listed has the value 'titan killer' in the notes section. Problem is I can't find clarification on what that does for the weapon in either the main rulebook or IA3. I'm assuming its in one of the earlier ones but I dont want to pay Ł45 just to read one rule. Can someone calrify what this does please?

My subtle diagram disagrees with you.
your "subtle" diagram contains Optimus Prime and Proffessor Farnsworth, it's heresy in it's own right!
Any similarities between your reality and mine are purely coincidental...

Titan Killers remove D3 Structure Points if they damage a War Machine.

Also, if you have a Toughness Value, you are killed outright if they wound you (this was added in one of the Updates).

Cheers mate. The toughness value is good against large creatures I guess, but given the strength of most of these guns they instant kill most things anyway.
Thanks again.

Originally, I believe that it came from the VDRs, but you would think they would be printed elsewhere...

So SD and titan-killer are basically the same. Just wondering because pulsars are SD now and I wanted to get a scorpion at some point.

except for tyranid bio titans, of course.

but yes, it does make a good character assassinator if you drop it onto a daemon prince or chaos sorcerer
