Default Are there any more 40k "(de)motivational" posters?

Here are some examples.

I remember seeing some for Tau and 'Nids, but I can't find them. If yo see any funny/cool (de)motivator 40k posters than post them here.

Edit: Found another one, used paint to cover up a bad word (there might be children running around on these forums)

And its a poster inside of a poster!

* The Orks are the pinnacle of creation. For them, the great struggle is won. They have evolved a society which knows no stress or angst. Who are we to judge them? We Eldar who have failed, or the Humans, on the road to ruin in their turn. And why? Because we sought answers to questions that an Ork wouldn't even bother to ask! We see a culture that is strong and despise it as crude.

so what your saying is that oven cleaner can remove paint from plastic models? and after that, you take a toothbrush to your plastic model, and the paint just comes off?
