Default Has anyone seen this?

I am just wondering if anyone has ever seen a battlesuit like this. It looks like a stealth suit but with the atual tau player popping through. It still has the burst cannon on the arm but its main body is a little smaller. if this is old news just deleate this or something.

Yes, those are the 'old' Stealthsuits. The new Codex utilizes the XV25s - larger and newer versions. I kinda like how the Tau, when updated, 'advanced' in tech a bit. It really fits in with their fluff.

Fixed for you.

They are stealthsuits that are in fact, stealthy, not like the clompasaurus we have now :

I will never buy the XV25. They don't look stealthy at all compared to the sleek XV15.

XV-15 trumps the XV-25. However I do use an XV-25 for my Shas'vre just because I thought he should look diffrent.

Well, I actually prefer the XV-25. However you cut it, it's still an exo-skeletal suit of servo-assisted personal armour with a built in jetpack and whopping great machinegun bolted on. It's not like these guys sneak around in the dark knifing people. :P

the reason i want the xv 25 is that they are plastic... and i LOVE converting so i will make em look like they are actually trying to hide. Not just stand around looking like fools....

i like the old xv 15, but they are still metal. And i believe they arent that well posed.. some are but not all.... and i dont want a squad that is made up of two different models...

I love the XV-15 suits and will continue to use them over the plastic models, which I believe are far too bulky to be stealthy. Plus the old stealths had one of the few left handed models in existance!
