Skimmers and Ordinance
As we know skimmers that move more then 6" reduce penetrating hits down to glancing. but lets say it is hit by an ordinance weapon would it not reduce it because it is never a penetrating hit but an ordinance hit?

Cleared up in the FAQ iirc.
It says any hits become glancing. (and if you want to use RAW, they're Ordnance Penetrating hits, so :P)

What about a pirhanna with the vulnerability to Blast because of being open-topped? I'd say its still a glancing.
