Default Setting up the table/mission etc.

Just got a really simply question here, as I am not sure what the "correct" way of doing it is...

If you have a battle planned with 4 players, 2 per side how would you set up the table?

Is it a matter of rolling for mission, then each player puts down one piece of scenery each until it is all placed, then roll for table edge, then roll for first deployment then roll for first turn?

Is there a specific way that is suggested in the BGB? If so could someone please point me to the correct page?

Thanks,

Myst

well there is no "official" way of doing it, each to his own I guess.

Either have an impartial part set up terrain,

or each person sets up an equal amout of terrain then roll for missions etc.

or each side sets up an equal amout then roll for side etc.
