Default simple force organization question

This is driving me nuts! I can't afford the rulebook yet, and my friend won't let me read his, so I have this really simple question that I can't answer!

Alright, will this army list work in a normal, vanilla army (i don't think race matters)

HQ
HQ
Elite
Elite
Troop
Troop
Troop
Troop
Troop
Troop
FA
FA
HS

Told ya it was simple, I just don't have the answers to it.

Thanks.

Yes. But get nicer friends; anyone sporting would let you read their rulebook - unless of course you have a habit of tearing pages, spilling food/drinks on them, etc.

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

Yes, those fit within the paramiters.

But to play at all you really do need the rulebook. It should be the first thing you buy.

Alright then, question asked and answered, and now I'll just lock this before it turns into a general hate-on against GW's high prices...
