Default A great player aid

Just thought I'd share this nifty little article from the Canadian GW Website

http://ca.games-workshop.com/news/cn...sFlowchart.htm

It's got some great advice containted within that chart and all players should try to always remember: HAVE FUN!

I know I'll be posting that chart up in my gaming area.

Hey Bud, this is nice, gives newer players (like my club) A bit of ol' reference to rule debate...

Cool! The problem is, it won't stop arguments for me...
My friends don't want to play by the official rules. They say its unrealistic. They want to make up their own rules!
What should I tell them? They're the only people I can play with, but they don't want to play by the rules!!!
I've tried telling them no, telling them the rules are there for a reason...

Lol, This would be perfect for my friends. I will have to show them this. Although, alot of the time it ends up as house rules. : Oh well, thats just how we roll. ^-^

There's nothing wrong with making your own house rules, BUT remember these three points.

1) Keep it fair and balanced. For every gain there should be something to offset it.

2) Keep it consistent. If your friends think you should roll both a normal save and invlunerable save, for example then you should do that all the time. Don't make single instance exceptions.

3) Keep it fun! No matter what have fun! It's a game enjoy it.

Fair, Consistent and Fun.
