Strictly codex-wise:

Chaos Space Marines:

Greater Daemon (HQ)
Chaos Lord with Daemonic Stature, Daemon Prince (HQ)

Dark Eldar:

Talos (may not be a true monstrous creature, but is very similar) (Heavy)

Eldar:

Avatar (HQ)
Wraithlord (Heavy)

Necrons:

C'tan (HQ)
Tomb Spyder (Heavy)

Orks:

Squiggoth (Heavy)

Tyranid:

Hive Tyrant (HQ)
Red Terror (Fast)
Carnifex (Heavy)

Witch Hunters:

Inquisitor Karamazov (HQ)

*Note: Other army variants of course have other options, other force chart slots for them, etc. But the units in those combinations should be listed anyhow.

Necrons - Tomb Spyders are also monstrous creatures

Tau - Doesn't Farsight count as a Monstrous Creature in some way?

Ahh yes! I totally forgot the Tomb Spyder!

O'Shova only counts as a monstrous creature in combat, otherwise, he's just a normal Shas'o Ind. Character. But this of course, has it's strength's and weaknesses.

Cheers!

None can step before them, they are the first, proud in their strength and jealous of their renown. Through the storms of the warp they come, upon the very tides of terror, but of such dangers they are uncaring. They are the Space Wolves, the Undefeated, the bane of the Emperor's foes."

Ghazhkull, and no he doesn't. Just a Warboss with Mega Armour and a Power Claw (and other bonuses).

All the monstrous creatures still exist from GW, they released them via PDF update for the new codex

I say having a monstrous creatures in a 40k army really adds to the sci-fi element.

I saw haveing them is just overpowered.

2+ save, 5+ invul, T8.

How the hell are you suppose to kill it? Much less prevent it from getting into assault range of your lines or tanks.?
