Me personally I'm very exited on the new realise and i would like to here everyones thoughts. An entire army of daemons, YES!

Well, in terms of overall, I believe that for the scuplt, they are perhaps one of the most beautiful models out there. The Khorne Bloodletters are in my opinion the most detailed model that I have seen for some time.

But game-wise (how they work and how the will influence the tactics of other armies), I am still uncertain. Only with the release of the new codex wil I cast my judgment.

Well....one of my mates at my store is really excited about it and started making daemons of his own using those capsule with the un-assembled digimon inside it.

And the new daemon codex has given me a reason to start a Daemonhunter army after my Imperial Guard. And after I lose a few battles with his daemon army, I can rant to GW on how unbalanced(meaning how expensive and useless some of the GK's special rules are) the DH codex is....But I want to start a pure GK army because they look awesome 8)

Well, around the summer of 2008, GW is going to release Codex Daemons for 40k and also Fantasy at the same time.

Some say May, some say August. Right now, I am not too sure about when it will be released. If 5th edition is ever coming out this year, Daemon should be before the 5th edition.

Personally I can't wait to see any new Tzeentch Dameons they might produce. I've seen all the other factions and they all look great. Let's jsut hope that GW will make Tzeentch daemons...

This is a great topic, and I soo can't wait to find out whats in store in this 'Dex. Until it hits the stands it's still in the realm of Rumors though, so thats where I'm sending it.
