Default new paints?

in an issue of white dwarf a little while ago it had a few pics of things to come this year, one was the soon to be released vampire counts, another was a blackened paint pot, same shape as the foundation paints, it claimed that it would 'revolutionise' how we paint models... any idea's? cos i haven't read anything else about it.

I have seen foundation paints in Black down at my local store, Not for sale But I have seen the staff using it. Also I have been told that this year will see the release of Foundation Inks. Again I was told this by the shop manager who is usually very good on the info front.
