Default Brass scorpion

Is this the new brass scorpion or just a conversion?

It's a proper model, not a conversion.

iirc, someone said in General 40k (after somehow having gotten a copy of WD 333) that it was a conversion involving 2 Defilers and some green stuff.
I'd swing closer to Conversion atm, unless I see some definitive sprues/pre-order things.

To me it just looks like two defilier kits put together, that's not to say that it isn't what GW will release for it, but yeah....

No, I saw the exact same (unpainted) model at my local GW this Saturday. It's a kit.

That would be very awesome then.

As far as I know, the Stompa is a conversion though. Various GW stores around here are building their own, mostly out of the Imperial Sector box. I saw the baneblade today though, it's a very awesome kit. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

Your wrong Wargamer! (For once...) The Brass Scorpion is not a kit. It is a conversion that involves two Defilers. Trust me. I talked to the guys at my local GW shop. He said it took him less than a day to chop up two defilers and put together the BS (Haha. BS. )

But yeah. Conversion. Not a Kit.

There will be a kit available from FW apparently but as far as I know all the ones that have been made are just conversions from two defilers.
