The Black Gobbo team has been drafted to help out with the Medusa V campaign web site, and we've been working on it for months now. It has a lot of cool stuff jammed into its pages — more than enough to ensure that you'll have a great summer playing Warhammer 40,000.

First of all, it has a huge Introduction section that lays out the story of the campaign in detail, from how Medusa V got into such a predicament in the first place, to what each species hopes to gain from this doomed world.

Next we have the Products section, which covers all the Games Workshop goodies that will help you play your games on Medusa V. Of course, all you really need is your 40K army and an opponent, but a lot of these items will make the campaign easier or a lot more fun or both. After all, who doesn't want a few plastic city ruins or awesome new Medusa-related miniatures?

After that comes the Hobby section, which is where you'll run into your usual Black Gobbo fare. From painting to modeling to terrain to gaming, this section has over 10 articles related to hobby projects or gaming excitement for Medusa V.

Then we have the beating heart of the Medusa V web site: the Campaign section. This is where you'll be able to register, report your battles, check on your standings, see how your faction is doing, and find out about other campaign-related information. There's a lot more to it than that, but you'll just have to wait until the full web site opens to romp around the Campaign section for yourself.

Last but not least are the Events and Help sections. Help is self-explanatory, while the Events section is where you'll get the information about nearby Medusa V gaming events. Games Workshop and participating Independent Retailers have a ton of events planned, and each event will have an impact on the campaign, so make sure to check the Events section often.

The Medusa V "info" is no news at all. SoC and EoT had the exact same content. Exept I think SoC had more than 10 scenery articles, and MANY more than 10 Scenarios. Same old, same old.

The Trailer is good, especially since they use music and sound effects that actually mesh with the video for once.
