Default Would you play against this?

Please note Mods this is not a list for the purposes of lists as it were but a topic on the discussion of chaos cheese.

HQ

daemon prince : wings , mark of slaanesh , lash of submission = 155pts

HEAVY SUPPORT

3 obliterators =225pts

3 obliterators =225pts

=2000pts

=49 models
=12 kill points
= 4 scoring units

There is a small boy (or so it would appear) that is planning on taking this to what should be a friendly tournament.

I know this list is beatable but it is far out of the spirit of the game (even more so than some of my uber lists :P).

What are your thoughts?

Ouch... Just ouch...

I'd give it a try, but I suspect being tabled by turn 2.

Of course. Anytime.
As long as the player does not cheat nor attempt to be obnoxious, I'm good with this list.

It is not everyday that I face a list that can be so challenging.

Yes, I would absolutely play against this list. Depending on how the player acted, I may or may not play that player again, but the list doesn't really matter, so long as it is legal.

Friendly "inhouse" playing? Definite no.
Tournaments? Sure, why not.
The problem this brings up is that you're talking about a "Friendly Tournament." If this means that player should take no incentive to win when making his list, then no, I wouldn't. If there still is general incentive to win, regardless of the tournament's friendly atmosphere, then yes.

Min-Maxing is not the way to go when playing against friends for fun.

Dependends... if the player could give me a good game and I really enjoyed it, I wouldn't care.

Generally though, people who use such blatant power gaming lists aren't those people though. In a competitive tournament situation, I'd say fine. Friendly tournament, I'd say probably not. That's definitely not in the spirit of friendly. For a pick up game, maybe. Probably not though.
