Well, as stupid as this topic sounds I was reading a post on a random website claiming that Khorne Berserkers fluff wise would never stay in rhino or stay focused on an objective. This fluff is 3rd edition crap that doesn't truly make sense since Khorne Berzerkers were originally honor driven combatons that were the first to break through the Emperor's walls at his palace, now I am not saying that Khorne Berzerkers are the most disciplined fighting force but they like a foe. Now the Noise Marines during the assault on Terra went after the citizens mass murdering them in pleasureful ways instead of trying to take on the loyalist fortress to sate their needs. Now I know that Khorne Berzerkers kill civilians but they make sure the military is dead first.

actually, the best khorne berzerkers (kharn) won't kill civilians, women, children, because he is about martial prowess. he wants to have a good fight, and since they pose no threat to him, he sidesteps them, prefering to go for armed persons.

Bezerkers dont care who they kill. I like the way they are going with them with this codex though, the little fluff piece on them is how they should be IMO. Hard to control but not crazy idiots. A lot like the World Eaters are shown in the Horus Heresy books. They have never cared about who they kill, before the Heresy they were often put in situations where they could just hack through whole populations and they relished it. Thats when they were 'good'.

I think its still ok to have some of the Legion as completly crazy like Kharn. Its understandable that some get totally taken by Khorne. But for the most part they now seem to be showing Bezerkers as proper warriors that are always anxious to be in the thick of it.
