Personally I'd recommend you play Combat Patrols instead. This will allow you more fair games for the point value.

Overall:

HQ:

500 points, and a Lord is just too much. If you absolutely must play standard, take a Lt. at this point level with the bare necessities. He's just a point sink in the small game. I'd highly recommend Combat Patrol so you can drop the expensive HQ's to start with.

Troops:

This is illegal. The entire squad must be marked nurgle, or none marked at all. The champ cannot be marked nurgle while the rest are not. Also, with the mark of nurgle, that heavy bolter is not possible. Another tip, stick to the sacred number 7 (for nurgle) for free champions.

Troops:

Again, I'd shoot for 7 marines for the free champ.

Fast:

You cannot have bikes with the mark of Nurgle. So this is illegal.

---- Overall, I suggest you re-read your codex and specifically re-read the books of Chaos for Nurgle and how marks work.
