This tale is about the life of my Chaos Lord, Lord Reinhart. This would be the first part of many in regards to the tales of the my Death Guard , 'Anathema Angelica".
***************************** I was but a young boy in the world of Barbarus, where the world is filled with fogs that could kill thousands of man in seconds. However, thanks to some of the poison-free valley of the world , my people and I were able to live a miserable existence on this world where our populace lived in constant fear of the Necromancer warlords from the foggy mountains, along with the monstrosities of the dead that they often brought along with them to play with us like how a cat plays with the mice before the final blow.I remember always asking my father why do the necromancers hunt us? What is it that they want in us? My father only gave me this answer; Enjoyment. For many years, I have seen my village being attacked by the monstrous pets of the warlords, many of those who I have known and loved have died in the struggle in this unforgiving land. One day as a grown man, I was amazed by the crowd of people in the village square. As I pushed my way into the crowd to the centre of their attention I saw a pale, gaunt man comes from the fog. He is larger than any human that I know of, and his expression is that of a stoic man. From what the villagers said, he had come from the fog without any protection gear and that in itself is unbelievable. The people of my village did not trust the man, for he walked through the fog unscathed . Many called him as being one of the tricks that the warlords have send to fool us, while others said that he is in fact a demon. But I see that in this person, we will have our salvation. He told us that his name ins Mortarion, but no one heed the name save myself. And thus, the stranger duly entered the village and lived with us for a time, although he is always alone as most of the villagers dare not spoke to him. For me, I would want to speak to him, but the rules of my village comes first. But inside I know that he will be the greatest man that I will ever know. One day, the Warlord's monsters came and terrorized our village. The creatures are being that I dare not describe , for it still haunts my mind today. The villagers tried in vain to stop the creatures, but the creatures proved too strong for them. However, Mortarion took one of the harvesting scythe of one of the villagers and reaps the monsters wave by wave, killing each one of them. As the villagers including myself watched, he marched forward into the fog in pursuit of the Warlord that had unleashed the creatures upon our village and slay the being. Needless to say, Mortarion is accepted into the village without further resevation. From there on, he became our leader in fighting against the warlords. e teached us how to fight, and how to wage war. I remember the lessons that he had taught me, the tactics, the philosphies....everything. Soon, the other villages send their representative to meet Mortarion and heed his counsel. And there Mortarion ventured from village to village, teaching, building and defending us. When the time comes for him to retaliate back towards the warlord, I volunteered myself to be in this force, the Death Guard. I was a few among many whom Mortarion have deemed worthy to fight. Thus I was brought into a world of war and blood, and as each warlord fall and with Mortarion by our side we know that we could do anything. However one day, a strange man visited us. He is shrouded in robes, and thus I could not deduced his facial features. However, it seems that he is a belenovent man as he promised us salvation from the necromancers. I do not trust this man, as this man had obviously never suffered unde rthe tyranny of the warlords before, and Mortarion have also the same mindset. When Mortarion said that he needed not any help from the outside, the man then said that even we, the Death Guard have difficulty reaching the last peak, which is the stronghold of the Overlord of Barbarus. So he made a wager with Mortarion and his wager is that If Mortarion could defeat the Overlord, the stranger would leave. If not, Mortarion had to swear fealty to the stranger and the Imperium of Man he represented. I protested along with the rest of the death guard, as this wager is a trick that could cause our leader dearly. However, Mortarion heeded not our advices and took the wager. As Mortarion walked into the fog, we hoped that he would win the wager and thus the stranger will eat his own words. However, when Mortarion came back, he is not walking back to the village, but instead he is carried by a man who revealed to us that he is indeed the stranger that had made the wager. As he gave Mortarion to the villagers, he told us he tale of how our leader had almost died and how he saved him. We are angered by this statement, but yet we are glad that he saved our leader. The part that broke my heart later is when soon after Mortarion regained his consciuosness, he swored fealty to the stranger who the revealed himself as the Emperor of Mankind and Mortarion's real father. After that, those of the death guard became the first of the Space Marine Legion of the Death Guard. We travelled beyond the boundaries of Barbarus and saw that we are but an insignificant dust among the billions of the universe. And thus we wage war in the name of the imperium along with our allies to reclaim the galaxy. Those were good times, where our courage and resilience have brought many victories and worlds in our grasp. Our mighty fleet sails forth and reaches into the universe, we the angels of the uiverse........however that changed with the advent of the Horus Heresy. ******************************************** Well, I will do the second part tommorow.

Well here is the second part of unknown parts. So njoy.
********************************** I was on the world of Ahrham III where the forces of the 3 company of the Death Guard are fighting against the xenos known as the Orks The world is a mountainous world similiar to those of Barbarus, but instead of the poisonous fo, they had cold blistering snowstorms. The world have but a few inhabitants, bnumberin approximately three hundred thousand from the intellingence of the Imperium. Even though it is an insigificant world, but as long as there are humans and more importantly resources, we will be fighting for it. The intelligence report also states that the world is rich with adamantium, which is important for our manufactorums asthe metal can be used to create war machines for the war effort of the Imperium. However, these details are nothing for me for I want to fight for the sake of humanity. And then I met Selena. During one of the evacuation of the civilians from the city of Calth across the dangerous mountains, we were attacked by a group of Orks. Vile beast, barbaric, crude, despicable these Orks. They slaughter people and enjoy every moment of it, and this reminds me of the monsters in Barbarus and the warlords. I stepped forward and slaughter many of the xenos with my chainssword and mighty bolter along with nine others of my Death Guard and three hundred of Imperium soldiers. We fought with a ferocity of a thousand lions, as we are the only defence that one hundred thousand of the inhabitants of this world, and as far as I recall that would be a third of the inhabitants of this world. The battle is brutal and also risky for, we might cause an avalanche or fall down into the abyss below. As I reaped the Orks of their soul, I did not notice that one of the greenskin is behind me ready to decapitate me with his Power claw. But then I heard a woman's scream, warning me of the impending danger. I turned just in time to see the blow coming towards me, and I ducked down and stab my chainsword into the head of the foul xenos. Its green blood falls upon my helmet. Although I have killed the xenos, but its death spasm caused his other arm with an axe to cut straight into my armour, injuring my arm. But I do not mind that, for I am a warrior and my duty is to kill the enemies of my people. After a long battle, the Orks retreated and we savour the fact that we survived for another day. However, the casualties for our side are high. Brother Keno was slain by one of the crude Rok dreadnoughts, detonating his pile of melta-bombs and thus bringing down many ork with him and Brother Apocethary Awin is hacked beyond recogintion by the horde of greenskin. In addition, at least a third of the Imperial soldiers under our charge are also dead. In addition, it seems that some of the ork stray bullets have killed some of the civilains as well. We all camped for the night on one of the plateaus upon the mountains, to rest and also to tend to our fallen. Ironically, I did the apocethary's duty of taking out the geneseed from the Brother Reno's and Awin's body h, while in actual fact it is supposed to be the other way around. As I watched the entire host of civilians and Imperial soldiers I wounder how will we be able to cross the entire mountain pass without dying. I saw some of the civilians had succumbed to the freezing cold, while others fall down to their death, and lke the situation before ambushed by greenskins. As I rest among the civilians with a wounded arm, the civilians stay their distance from me. I wonder why did they do that, but then the though that a Space Marine sitting right beside them is a fearful thing indeed and from the looks of it I wll not be able to ask for a bandage of any kind. But then a woman came before me, with bandage in her arms. She then came to me and ask that I take of my power armour to better tend to the wound. For an apparent reason, I do as she said and show her my wound. I looked at my own would and I noticed tha the amage is worse than I though it would be, as I can see that one of the ork's blade stuck inside my flesh. She pulls it out and then she puts some alcohol on the wound. She then wrapped the bandage around my arm. I was touched by this woman, as she is not afraid of me, and she is actually trating me like I was not a monster. She then sat beside me and started talking. Ah....I remember the talk like it was just moments ago. " Thank you for protecting us all this time. Just think of the treatment as a way of me thanking you." "Aren't you afraid of me? I am Space Marine." "Why do we need to fear another human being? We are one and the same. Anyway what is your name? I am Selena." "I am Brother Reinhart of the Death Guard Legion of the Emperor's space marines." Those are the words indeed that started our conversation. I remember asking her of her family members, and she state that they have all died during the initial attack of the Orks of Calth. She told me that she is in fact one of the aristocratic families upon the world, but she is now like any other. For some strange reason, as the conversation goes by I feel an attachment of sorts towards her. As the exodus moved out to the designated evac point, I started to talk to her more and more. My fellow squad members state that we should not meddle too much with the civilians, but I do not care about it for we used to be one of them. Little did I know then that she would be the reason why I would serve my new master, the Lord of Decay. *****************************************

I read the first part, and will read the second later.
Try reading your own story, it will help catch those pesky grammar mistakes which I found. Some good work, and I will give my opinion of the second part later

Alright, here is the third part.
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ******************************* * * As the entire exodus moved closer and closer to the evac point, many had fallen to the predation of the Ork ambushes and also mother Nature. From the original number of one hundred thousand, we are now down to fifty thousand. As for the convoy protection force, there are only 100 imperial soldiers and only five of Space Marins left, including myself. We are severely outnumbered by the orks, and the proportion of fighting men to the civilians are just too much. However, I can finally rest knowing that the evac point is just five kilometres away, and that the pass ahead of us is a straight one, thus making our journey easier. With a case of my fellow deceased brother's geneseed in my care, I am glad that the geneseed will be able to go to Barbarus and be used to create new battle brothers of the Death Guard Legion. * * * * * As I walked alongside Selena, I spoke to her about what is she going to do once she gets off this planet. She answered my question with a smile, saying that she wants to be a farmer in one of the agri-worlds, where it is warm and beautiful all year round. I am surprised by that answer as I assumed that she would want to be in one of the aristocratic elites in one of the more advance worlds. I asked her why she would want to throw all her status away, and she answered me that she is sick and tired of the ruling elite oppressing the weak, and she had always been the black sheep of her family. I laughed at her naivety, but yet I am also impressed by it. Even in this grim future, there is still a flicker of happiness and hope. She gave me a pout, but then she smiled at me. I an feel her warmth and spirit, and I smiled back at her behind my helmet. * * * * * * Suddenly, the sound of jet turbines echoes throughout the pass. As I looked around to find where it is from, a flying missile with one of the smaller greenskins come towards the pass. I tried to shoot the grot missile with my bolter, but the maneuverability of the bomb alludes the passing of my bullets and it landed itself in the centre of the civilian exodus. A large blast can be heard, and the sounds of the blast have caused an avalanche. Although I can not see it, but I can hear the avalanche coming closer towards us.* I grapped Selena and held her into my embrace, trying to shield her from the incoming avalanche. As the snow come crashing towards us, the force of the avalanche pushed us away into the ravine below. As we fall down into the abyss, I hoped that we will be able to survive the fall...... * * * * * * * As I regained consciousness, I noticed that I am entombed in snow. Miraculously, I was in a space where it is just large enough for my body. I thanked the Emperor for giving me this salvation. But then as I I remembered about Selena, I frantically looked into my arms. And there I found her unconscious and pale. I took off the glove of my power armour and put my finger on her throat, checking for any vital signs. There, I felt a pulse, a weak one but nevertheless a pulse. And thus with this on my mind, I decided to get out from the space. I take out my chainsword and slowly cut through the snow, making a path. As I cut through more snow, I can feel that her pulse is slowly weakening. For some reason, I am for once feeling fear in my body as I try to get out from the snow. But the fear is not out for my own, but for hers. I do not know for how long I struggled to get out from the snow, but I do know of my growing fear of her life. * * * * * After what looked like an eternity, I was able to get the both of us out from the snow. The skies above us are as clear as sapphire, and the clouds looked as if they are made out from cotton. I was relieved for the fact that we are now out, for now I would be able to get help for Selena. But then something does not feel right. I can not feel a pulse. My worst fear had become a reality, and as I looked at her beautiful face I am denying the fact that she had just passed away. I put her down, and tried m best to bring her back from the dead, but to no avail. I became unbalanced in my mind, as I ca not believe that she is gone. After awhile, I stopped finally coming to my senses that she had passed on to the next world. I cried out to the heavens and asked them why did they have to take her away, and why they did not take me. * * * * * * Suddenly I can hear a deep baritone voice. It is unnaturally charming, but yet I can feel the aura of corruption in its voice. I turned around, and looked everywhere but I can not find the source of the voice. I then did the unthinkable; I asked the voice to reveal its identity. And to my amazement, it replied back. the voice introduced itself as Nurgle, the Lord of the Dead. I asked the voice of why it is doing talking to me., if I am still alive. But then he points out a cruel fact to me; that I am also dying. He asked me to look behind my back and I complied. I see that there is a huge shrapnel stuck behind my back, and that my green power armour is covered with frozen blood. He commented about how amazing it is that I survived as long as I did without even knowing the fact that there is a shrapnel behind my back. He states that I would have lived for three days at most, but yet I had survived for one week. * * * * * As the adrenaline in my body dissipates, I feel the coldness of death creeping inside my body. My fingers are slowly becoming numb, and my skin becoming paler. My breath is slowly becoming colder, and my vision is fading away. As I was prepared to die in the service of the emperor, I slowly accept my death. But then, the voice spoke to me about how he thought that my death would be a terrible thing indeed, and he offered that I gave him my word that I will serve him for all eternity and in return, he will give me immortality. But then I talked to the voice as I am dying, and state that what is immortality to me if I do not even want it. But the he comes up with an additional wager, and he say that if I do serve him, I would not only get immortality, but also he would resurrect Selena. If I had known then that it was a trap, I would not make the deal. But I was confused, and as my brain slowly dies, I can only think about Selena talking to me about her dream of living in an agri-world. I can fee the warmth of her talk, and the genuine feelings that she brought out. * * * * * * * I though more and more, and I really want to see her happy in an agri-world. I can not take her off my mind as I die, and I think that I am developing a feeling that I once knew as love towards her. So I agreed and sealed the pact with Nurgle. As promised, he made me immortal and I can feel the warmth of life coursing through my veins. However, this is nothing compared to when I see Selena's resurrection. It looks as if she had just woken up from a deep slumber. I was so happy as she turns her head towards me and then asked me what happened.* I then told her that we had fallen off the pass and are now stranded at the bottom. I told her nothing of the fact that she is resurrected from the dead, while I was rejuvenated from dying. But it seems that her strength had not come back, and thus I carried her behind my back. I then slowly climbed the walls of the ravine, with Selena on my back. After three days and three nights, we are able to get out from the ravine, and we walked towards the evac zone. And there I found salvation. A Death Guard company had made their base upon the evac zone. * * * * As we made it towards the base, several of the Death Guards walked towards us and inspected me and Selena. Then, two of them led me and Selena to the base commander, Brother -Captain Fexius. He asked me of my squad's designation and as I said my squad's designation I see an expression of disbelief. He then told me that my entire squad had been destroyed, and the civilians that we had protected are all but gone. He then looked at Selena and he is more shocked to see her alive than me. But nevertheless he acknowledged the fact that we are the only survivors of Task Force Three, the designation that they gave to the entire civilian exodus that I am assigned to protect. * * * * * * * I did not know it then, but I am now one of the damned. And as for Selena, a cruel irony will come and take her away from me again. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ************************************************** ***

Now this would be part 4.
****************************** After the incident on Ahrham III, I was elevated from a battle brother to a veteran Sergeant, leading a squad of Death Guard. My squad is unique that it is consist of only 7 men , including myself. But each one of us had talents that made us as strong or stronger than the rest of the squads of the Death Guard.. First, there is Visca whose superb psychic powers is powerful enough that most of the death Guard respected him even though he is just a marine of lower ranking . Brother Saxo is a man whose love for explosion is matched only by his loyalty, while Brother Dharo is the silent member of the group but have the sharpest mind that I know of. Brother Zeho is one who loves speed, while brother Darlic is a techmarine of unparalleled skill, and brother Lumia is a apocethary that could fix any injury. These men are the foundation in which my warhost of Nurgle would form, and each one of them becoming my plague lieutenants. However, we are oblivious to this fate, and thus this future will not come into being until some time later. As my squad fought throughout the Imperium, my mind can not let go of the maiden that bandaged my wounds. As fate comes into being, the Administratorum had discovered Selena's identity and decided that she had better use being one of the ruling elite. In addition, it seems that the world that she was send to is a violent world which was just reconquered by the Imperium. The citizens there are restless and are willing to kill those who stand in their way. Many assassination had been carried out on this world, and thus they decided to give Selena bodyguards of Imperial elite troopers. However, she specifically asked for a retinue of Space Marines to protect her, and she requested especially for Brother Reinhart of the Death Guard. Even though the ruling council is reluctant to send my squad to be her bodyguards, but knowing the fact that I know her well they send me as both her bodyguard and also a watchdog for them. And thus my squad travelled to the world of Aneimo. Each one of the wonder why are they chosen to escort a single aristocrat, while they are able to fight somewhere else. As for me, I am perfectly clear on why she requested me to guard her. As our vessel draws closer to the world, I can slowly remember her face, her smell, her everything. Her smooth jet black, knee-lenght hair flows like those of a beautiful river, and her eyes....oh her eyes! Her piercing dark blue eyes are like those of an azure ocean, and her beautiful face is carved by the angels. Her fair skin and her elegant and graceful body echoes through my head like the litanies of my vow. Actually, the closest word I can use to describe her is basically winter incarnate as her features all combined together and screams out the warm, elegance of a beautiful winter's morning. I can't wait to see her again on Aneimo. As the shuttle transporting my squad lands upon one of the landing pads of the city of Saori, I looked out the window and I know that the world is polluted and cramped, not unlike an agri-world at all. I cursed the people who put Selena on this world. As the doors of the shuttle opens up, I can see that there is already a retinue of Imperial officials and soldiers ready to greet us. But I do not care for those men, for my eyes only had one objective. As I looked around, I finally see what I am looking for. There i front of me, Selena is standing in front of me, Although she looked slightly paler than before, but nevertheless she is how I remembered her. She is clothed in an elegant dark red dress, with gold lacing hat made my heart jumped. I then walked towards her with my squad and greeted her. She looked a little confused at my presence for I believed that she remembered me as being one of the space Marines with helmets on, not one with his face exposed. "Greetings, Lady Selena. Brother Reinhart reporting for duty. It had been a long time since Ahrham III isn't it?" "Ah, Brother Reinhart. Welcome to Aneimo. It had been two years since that incident." Ah....those lines are indeed very good for me. But just as she asked us to go inside the building, I can pick up the sound of a flying bullet coming towards us. It is a single bullet, and from the sound of it, it is coming towards.....Selena. I shouted as I put my body between her and the bullet. As the bullet ricocheted off my armour, Brother Dharo aims his bolter towards the estimated trajectory of the bullet and fired. A wail of anguish can be heard as the bullet made contact with its prey. The Imperial troopers then made a defensive perimeter as my squad escorted the entire group of Imperial officers into the building. As I ran with Selena in my arms, I can remember her soft whisper to herself as she thanked me for saving her for the second time. I smiled as it comes out from her mouth. ************************************************** ***
