Triple giggity. :P

As far as trailers go, that was a pretty damn good one. Up until this point, in all honesty, I wasn't too excited for the final Harry Potter. This trailer, though, has changed that.

This. Definately this.

I think the problem is, I grew up with harry potter. As I aged, the older books stayed books for the age I had read them at, so the movies were also for that age. I do hope he doesn't spend the whole whining thing he got so good at though for the whole movie....

Firefly is pretty much made of Awesome, Funny, and Aww. Sometimes simultaneously. We'd better stop before we quote the entire script.

Somehow, I think I just grew out of the Harry Potter books, I read them all, but there were just some fundamental things that I didn't like about the story as it progressed. Especially the last book. It included some of the stuff I wanted, but had alot more that seemed either rushed or just not well thought through. I haven't watched any of the films since the 4th one. I almost walked out of the cinema in that. Glad I didn't because Voldermort turned out to be the only thing that saved the movie for me.

I was really pissed off that they cut out the quidditch world cup. Watching this trailer has me thinking that perhaps I should give HP another chance and go and watch all the films. Can't be sure though.

I'm no longer a fan of the early books and movies, due in part to age. Its not that they are bad, its that they have a clear target audience that I am nowhere near now.

The later books (Azkerban onwards) I can still get into, and the later films have really stepped it up. They've managed to be quite adult whilst retaining the appeal and suitability for younger people.

The last two films have just been epic - Voldemort and Dumbledore in the MoM fight, and the way they have done the Death Eater/Phoenix duels are brilliant.

I'd completely forgotten about
the castle battle
until I saw the trailer, and the hints look awesome for it.
