Erm, actually no. Without like transplanting even the whole bone structure underneith it, transplanting the face doesn't look the same. This came close though with most of the lower face bones transplanted but the eye, cheek and forehead area will make it look diffrent.

Interesting series on the history of surgery I watched actually covered the looking like the person the face came from, bit.

I love that movie! Cool info too. I wonder what the price tag on this would be? I bet it ends up being a horror flick too. Remember the one where the guy got some serial killer's arm? What if you got a donated face from someone who liked McDonald's food? ;D
