I have never heard of Pathfinder.
Then again, I have never played D&D.

... Pathfinder is a good system though. They set out to make the basic classes more interesting, so that players would be feel that they were just as viable a choice as all the fancy prestige classes out there. IMO, they succeeded.

Fighters especially got a much needed upgrade. D&D fighters had a few bonus feats every other level, Pathfinder fighters get something each level, either a bonus feat or a weapon/armor bonus. Hell, Pathfinder fighters can craft +2 magic armor for themselves at level 5.

But yeah, if you do run into anyone talking like that, improved bull rush indeed.

Yea... I like Pathfinder, but whoever is doing that is just a jerkass and should be bullrushed regardless.

As a long time reader of Golbins(the original comic) I think I prefered the original text better. THen again, I knw the backstory to these two characters.

I enjoy Pathfinder. A lot.

However, I too get pissed off at all the people practically creaming themselves over the system. It's good... just not that good. It's a rebalanced 3.5, nothing more, nothing less.

Wait, why does one of the guys in the comic look like the right hand side of his body is made from a Gerkin?!

It's actually living wood. He actually can grow weapons from that side of himself. As said, I know the comic Goblins:Life Through Thier Eyes is a damn good comic and well written. Especially funny if you've done any tabletop RPGing with D&D. There are a number of in jokes.
