Here's what I know and suggest: to become a citizen in the UK you need to either be seeking asylum (not in your case, that needs to be the government prosecuting you and stuff), permanently marrying, or intending to permanently marry, and not just marrying then divorcing for citizenship because if you're caught at that you'll be deported, or having a trade (example would be doctor) that means the country wants you. Therefore I'd suggest that you get a work visa (something that says you can work in the country for X amount of time) so that you can see what it's like, unless you have a trade. Because if you're gonna rely on marrying a Brit chick (and you know what I mean by this) you'll need to know that you like them in the real world rather than putting all your eggs in one basket.

a job in the medical profession is a good bet as we are very short on doctors and nurses here at the moment.

any idea what part of the UK you want to stay in as house prices vary by massive amounts (you can get a 5 bedroom house with drive and garage here in sScotlandfor the price of a flat in lLondon

good luck

My advice would be this; don't live in London. There are a lot better places. Personally, I love it up here in the northwest. Where I live I'm close to Liverpool and Manchester, which gives access to two airports, several major shopping centres, and plenty of entertainment facilities.

Well, when you move in I'll send in some financial support!

Remember, you gotta speak propa like, and yeah. If you move near wargamer, you move near Argulan Veq, maybe, one day, you could visit KJ...
