Hey,

In the Red Dwarf episode "Tikka to Ride" there is a scene where Lister takes off Kryten's head while he is "asleep" (something to do with his RAM I believe) and replaces it with a different one.

In the Spongebob Squarepants episode "Donut of Shame", the title screen has the same music as the scene described above.

What is this music called?

Not sure. It might be that it's music from a library for general use, as it's fairly common for there to be stock sounds used on relatively low-budget programs such as comedies and cartoons.
