That sounds nice Droids_Rule. Though there is really no wrong answer here. Me. I'd like to live as a career military man. Time... possibly the old roman republic circa 27 B.C. but time isn't important. What would be important is that after a full military career fighting for the greater good of all mankind, as an old grizzled vet I charge to battle fighting for freedom, mine, yours, someone unknown, doesn't matter. What would matter is going out in a blaze of glory. Something similar to anavel gato in 0083 or Clint Eastwood in grand torino.

Hmmm. I honestly think I would prefer our current era. I think, for my geeky interests, I was born at an incredibly lucky time as technology is advancing. I just can't see myself enjoying other eras very well. :P

In other era's there was more to fight for, a lot of things worth dying for. The roman republic was no high holy ground for morality but ceasar was a great threat to birthplace of true freedom and democracy. That's why I chose the old roman republic. OH OH or the star wars universe in episode III... Hey its a hypothetical situation go hog wild with the circumstances.

Assassination attempt on my life, preferably violent. Sort of grotesque, I know. But if the assassination were to happen in would mean two things: 1) That I was someone of some import and 2) that I was doing something that threatened someone so badly that I had to be removed.

Either that, or in single combat against the only person I've ever truly hated...after I killed him of course.
