Default Monologues

Hey.
I've been trying to write a monologue of my drama piece, and its going alright i guess. But I would like to have a back up of some kind. I seem to be much better at getting distracted and not writting it. It's due in just over a week.
So is it possible for someone to link me to a good website with good monologues?
Or to straight to a good monologue if you know of one?
I've tried looking before but i never found any i really liked. Or they were just snippets from movies.
Just a link would do fine.

Thanks.

I'm doing a fun one in my class right now about a dad who's yelling at his 2 year old son to say his first words if you're interested :P

I can't think of any websites though... normally my teacher has a big ol' pile of books filled with mono/duologues.

Shakespear has plenty, but if that's not your thing, Jim Cartwright who wrote Two and Road and the rise and fall of littlevoice might be worth a look at, Don't have any links I'm afraid, but your local library might be able to help if you can't find anything on the net.

That wouldn't happen to be Inferno, would it (certainly looks like the start of it)? Because that's several hundred pages...

if you wanted a rather dark and sinister mono then i would say 'the many ways to skin a cat' i did it for my exams and scored quite high as it was a hard piece for me to do as i am used to a more comedial role.

Actually, a guy in my class did a rather good monologue about a pyromaniac... it's from the Australian play 'Cosi.'
