Default How Strong Are You? Lifting Standards;

Thought this was interesting, I've been looking for something like this for ages. It details what level you are at depending on your lift weights and body weight;

http://www.crossfit.com/cf-journal/WLSTANDARDS.pdf

For me [the lifts I do anyway] -

Bench Press - Intermediate.
Power Clean - Novice [Not done that lift for long]
Dead Lift - At least Novice, I don't own enough weights to max on my Dead Lift.

I don't really overhead press and I dont really Squat any serious weight either. EDIT - Actually looking back at some old Numbers, my Overhead Press is at least on Novice. Probably Intermiediate.

Awesome, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Bench Press - High Intermediate/Low Advanced. I weigh 130 and bench 120-130. If I push myself, I have been able to do 140.
Squat - Low novice. I hate squats But i really need to work on them.
Deadlift - Intermediate.
Power Clean - Novice.

EDIT: Oh, so "Press" is overhead press? The thing you grab at around shoulder height and press up? If so, then I'm between Advanced and Elite, as I weigh 130 (as I said above) and I press around 140.

If you weight 130 and Bench Press 130-140 that would put your Bench Press on Novice.

You Bench Press as much as you can Overhead Press? [The Overhead Press is where you are stood up and press it over your head]

The overhead press I know is seated, you sit on a chair and grab handles behind your shoulders and press up.

hm... I weigh between 160-165

squats- I'll assume between untrained and novice.
I've only ever squated around 165-170..havent tried anything more..my favorite thing to do :P
Deadlift- Again same thing... I think i have only done around 200 maybe.
Bench press-....again in between I bench like 135-140
I dont believe I've ever pressed
I have cleaned but I havent really done it much.

I mostly bench and squat, maybe a few sets of lunges and a set of squat presses or two.

Geh :P pounds and measurements...looks too much like math...me no likey...

I'm 125kg (think that's like 275lbs) and I can without much effort carry two sacks of calf-feed over my head (ca. 40kg a bag)...
I can also lift some trees :3

Ive always done them standing. Its still a shoulder/OHP Press. Its cool that you can Press more than you can Bench though 1Shot, Id imagine that is pretty unusual. Then again I should be able to Squat with what else I can do and I cant at all so I guess thats quite unusual too haha.

Did a conditioning challenge the other day, you have to see how many times you can Deadlift your own bodyweight in 5 Mins. I managed 50 at 170. My back is still killing from it lol.
