That's probably just a UPS error... I don't see how that could be a scam, unless there's a virus of some kind in the invoice copy attached.

***@boehling.com

i doubt this is the/a UPS e-mail address, and the invoice is in an unknown file and a .exe, which means i have no idea what it does, so i think it had a virus. (which could not effect me, but on another comuter...)

Also i bounced the e-mail, and guess what, The e-mil address ***@boehling.com does not exist :

It doesn't have to, when you send mail with a server you write the headers yourself. You can say it came from anywhere, pretty much. And send it to anyone, even if the To: header is different.

Its a virus for sure.

At least im not idiot enough to run the program (on a Windows), Don't know why people bother, although some people fall for scams.

Should have a national awareness against e-mails scams or something :P

You'd be suprised how many people open attachments and don't realize its an .exe. The biggest problem for securing computers is the users themselves.

Because you can re-write the from: headers, getting information about related email addresses is extremely valuable. If you can get info that address A is freinds with address B, it is much easier to get either A or B to open your virus when you send it "from" the other person.

Indeed, An automatic Virus Search on al opened Programs from e-mails? But this could take long, and some people dont want to pay for anti-virus.

Need some way of protecting the computers from the users :P.

Still, it doesn't need to be a .exe, but this is the most likely format :, So it is the one used :
