As far as being late to school? yes. Changing the clocks? umm. not sure.. It was something our President/Legislature decided on.

Ok.. just looked it up and yes, Canadians need to do this too! ;D

Yes the clocks go foreward here too. Harper decided to go along with it. The "eh?" part is just me being silly and playing the role of the "Stereotypical Canadian"
