Default Virgin Vs Sky-who's at fault?

Recently, ntl's digital service was taken over by Virgin, ad as a result sky 1, sky 2 nd several other sky channels have been dropped.

Sky 1 says that Virgin wanted to drop sky channels and that Virgin was at fault.

Virgin says:http://allyours.virginmedia.com/fairplay/

Thogh, their Virgin on demand consists of 6 diferent TV shows. So who do you think is at fault?

Virgin is at fault.

Sky made Satellite TV, and TV without Sky is just lacking.

Well, at the end of the day, it doesn't effect me since I have access to Sky. Although I have to admit, I'm a little pissed off with Virgin. Since my mobile phone is on Virgin I'm paying more for my texts then I ever had to before. And the very fact that Virgin Megastores has dropped the single chart in my local store... So all in all, I'm in Sky's camp.
