Hmm not bad. Personally I would probably swap out the Wraithlord for a Falcon, and reduce the Storm Squad size a bit, then stick them in the Falcon.
They just aren't very survivable otherwise (espeically using Enhance instead of Conceal), and can't grab objectives as quickly. Also, while the Avatar is nice he could get left behind with all your transports (especially if you take my above advice). Could be worth swapping him out for an Autarch or Farseer who can ride with one of your other squads (Fortuned Bladestorm = ouch). Good luck.

Thank you for the advice. The only problem is I can't reduce the Storm squad. Minimum ten man troop.

Ah right, been a awhile since I played. I saw a list with 10 men in a Falcon recently, is that allowed now? Sure it used to be 6 models max.
I'm seeing another problem - lack of anti-armour. That dual EML will be helpful but not a game-winner. You could always swap the Wraithlord for a Vyper or War Walker with BL's...hmm.

The Falcon can only carry up to six men, so who ever put a full ten man squad in there was cheating. You are right though, I don't have a whole lot of anti-tank. I was hoping to sprint the avatar up and have him huck his spear at people. I wanted to run a mostly CC oriented list, and lucky for me a lot of the players there run mob lists (Khorne and Orks) there are only two or three armored lists that I see there. Either way, I could see dropping the lord for a Vyper or something.

Hmm, a cheap way to add some anti-armour/MEQ punch would be to put two Fusion guns in the Storm Squad and give the Warlock a Singing Spear?
Either way, let us know how it goes!

Taldaneth,
Another way to get some anti-tank without too much fuss is to drop the Hull Shuriken Cannons from the Wave serpents and upgrade the main armaments on both. While Pricy, Twin-Linked Bright Lances are a solid weapon system; and if you can't afford them, then more twin-missile launchers are a good stop-gap. My big worry about this list is the fact that the storm guardian unit is begging to be annihilated on turn one in every game. They have no transport to protect them, and no other infantry to soak up fire. I agree with Rezzy when he says that they need a transport. Fort he price of the Wraithlord, you could have another Wave Serpent. This is probably the way I'd go. Secondly we have the Avatar of the Bloody Handed God appearing in what amounts to a Skirmish Game. Beyond the Fluff, he accounts for a full 15% of your army, which is badly stretched in several areas. For 2/3 of that cost you could have the Autarch or Farseer that Rezzy Reccomends, with the balance of the points going to further equipping your tanks, and adding another couple of models to the Storm Squad, or upgrading it's weapons. A couple of simple Builds: Autarch (Fusion Gun, Power Weapon, Mandiblasters) = 100 Points - Adds anti-armor power, and grants extra punch to any of your squads. Farseer (Fortune, Runes of Witnessing) = 100 Points - Adds anti-armor power (Witchblade), and makes any squad harder to kill; or allows a tank to re-roll it's Flat-Out move Cover save. (And shuts down enemy psychic powers) Either of these leave you over 50 points to play with for the rest of your force. This then gives you a fully mechanized force, with a tiny footprint, (easy to hide on turn 1) with a leader that can hide within the squads, and fully upgraded hover-tanks. Good Times! Thoughts? Ged
