[Guitardian]

My current collection is expanding thanks to my benevolent brother finding 20 harlies he can't use in a box in his basement. Due to life priorities I am not really able to add anything to my army, but I need to figure out how to use the figs I have.

A brief rundown:

farseer (interchangeable spear or witchblade, guide or mindwar)
autarch (removable wings, optional reaper launcher or shripistol, permanently attached powersword, possible mandis - due to paintjob)

9 fire dragons
including dragon exarch (interchangeable dragonflamer/firepike because of cool pins and modeling on an oldschool model)

5 avengers (double catapult exarch)
5 avengers (diresword exarch)

4 hawks (+1 switchable talon/sungun/powersword exarch - also a pin job)

troupe master, powersword (or axe, whatever)
shadowseer with kiss and fusgun
jester
harlie with fusgun, kiss
2 meatshield harlies w ccw
4 kiss harlies

is it a good idea to keep the 2 meatshield harlies as is, or should i convert them to have kisses too? I figure if I am footslogging they will take some casualties on their way in anyways, and I have about 100 points to upgrade everything with to fit in 1250 range... thinking a spiritstone and fortune for the farseer... potential ward runes depending on opponent, skyleap/intercept/talon/powersword/sungun for the hawk exarch, fire dragon exarch firepike, autarch tricking out (wings, reaperlauncher etc).

Any ideas what kind of upgrades I should use for an army this size, with these figs available?
