Default Exodites

Do people still play Exodites, and if so, do GW still acknowledge their existence?

GW says they exist, but no list exists for them.

Except for the lists you can find when randomly surfing Google.

i believe many people have created their own custom lists. you could have a go at it yourself, only issue is that you wouldn't be able to play tournaments and you'd need permission to use them in private games also.

Why do they use Stegadons?

Biovore, they use Stegadons because in the Exodites fluff it is said that they herd various large beasts for food etc, and that they call them Dragons (although I'm pretty sure they aren't the giant lizard fire-breating kind very often). Models such as Squiggoths, Stegadons, Dragons and Kroot Knarlocs all make great conversions.

No.* I am sorry.* I deleted it, so now it is in the right place.

And I think playing the Exodites would be interesting.

Well, it seems they still exist, but for how long?

They've got a solid fluff base, more than the Harlequins do. I don't think they'll be going anywhere.

The basically cannot be a timer on their existance, beceause they don't have a list/codex to be removed from legality. *They'll just have to remain in the nether area of speculation and house rules untill GW makes a codex for them... never happen most likely...

You can always make an "exodite" army by converting other models, just as people have said. *A feral, semi-barbaric look would be my choice of army theme... if every one of my models didn't have huge flowing cloaks... so I just brought Kroot along to make up for it ;D.
