What do you prefer? The Forgeworld Wave Serpent, or the Conversion kit? Or have you converted your own entirely? Post some pics if you can

Meaning the GW conversion? The Forgeworld one is made of Resin

Is there any difference in model terms? I have heard rumours of a plastic Wave-serpant kit in the making, additional plastic sprue is all, but I'm not holding my breath.
It is I think the only model in the range, other than that Guy on a Vyper, the Codex Spiritseer character and Decapitator that GW haven't produced a model for. |

Neither, it's an epoxy resin that sets very hard. I't's kind of like a very hard, non-flexible plastic. It needs superglue though.

I've heard opposing tales about it, some say it's easy to work with, others would prefer shaping concrete with their teeth.

Apparently it is easy to work with if you immerse it in hot water for a while, sort of softens it...

Yeah, you're supposed to do that anyway to wash off the finish they use before you paint it...you have to be careful though or you can warp the resin.
