Personally Jain Zar is just the bombdigity but i want to know how other people feel about this also.

I think your question needs to be changed, and I don't think I'll vote on which Phoenix Lord is better. Simply by using the word 'better' makes it seem like a flame bating topic, I think you'll have to change the poll to something like "Which Phoenix Lord do you like best".

Plus the other fact that, like their Respective Aspect each Pheonix Lord is better as some job.

As you can see here: Aspect Warrior Tactica

Banshees Excel against MEQ and MC...so does their Phoenix Lord;
Dire Avenger are good VS Hordes, Same for their Lord;
etc.

This post has been done several times before, but nevermind.
I put Fuegan as he gets 5 Strength 5 attacks on the charge, which ignore armours saves, also, he has feel no pain and is the bane of vehicles.
However, after clicking on Fuegan, I thought of Maugan Ra, who gets 5 Strength 6 Power weapon attacks on the charge. He also can have a 5 shot, strength 6, pinning, rending, 36" range weapon! And at BS7! Awesomeness...

He can't take all the credit 2 wraith lords and 10 wraith guard helped I was there.
He doesn't have an invulnerable so I would take Asruman

still, he deliverd the killing blow! with his firepike and in combat. 2d6 +5 pen is just nasty!

I think all-round the best is probably Maugan Ra, he is good at everything. He's not necessarily my favorite though, I like them all.
I have only used Jain Zar and Barharroth though.
Barharroth is always underestimated because Swooping Hawks are not known for being particularly powerful - he can really lay the smackdown.
Asurmen looks like fun. Kharandras is probably the coolest, with Fuegan being the contender.

I own Barroth and Fuegan and I think most people don't see Fuegan as a big threat and dismiss him and that has been the end to most of my enemies tanks.
