If a Reaper Exarch takes a Tempest Launcher how do you figure the hits? I'm not sure because BOB says that if a unit has more than one barrage weapon that they are all fired as a salvo. But the example is 3 Heavy 1 shots, what if the weapon is Heavy 3? Do you fire 3 seperate blasts or do you treat the weapon as a 3 shot salvo?

The answer you're looking for is in the FAQ, the tempest launcher is resolved as a multiple barrage.
