Default Harlequin Powergamer Test:

You will need two documents to make use of this test.

Firstly, you must be using this list.

Secondly, you need this test. Assume this to be a race-specific extension of that test.

Harlequin Army:

If your army includes a Spiritwalker in less than 2000pts, add +2pts.*
If your army includes a Spiritwalker in 1,500pts or less, add +4pts.*
If your army includes a Spiritwalker in 1,000pts or less, add +10pts.*
* = Apply the highest applicable modifier.
This represents how Spiritwalkers are a very rare part of a Harlequin force

Count up the total number of models (excluding Spiritwalkers) in your army. Now subtract the total available transport spaces in your army (not counting Looted Vehicle transports that are not Eldar or Dark Eldar). If the difference is positive, add the difference to your score.
For example, an army with sixteen Harlequin Troupers, a Great Harlequin, three Death Jesters and three Venoms would add +2 to its score (twenty models, minus eighteen spaces in the Venoms).

This represents how Harlequins travel extensively through the Webway, and use their Venoms to travel.

If your entire army can, legally, be carried in Venoms, subtract 2 points from your total.
For every maxed-out Troupe in your army (including Mime Troupes, Warlock Groups and Eldar Allies), subtract 1 point.

Did you create this yourself Wargamer? Or did you find it somewhere?

The Harlequin test is mine, the list and main test are not.

Powergaming is for those who lack moral fibre... or are mentally retarded.

As can any army including Tau. I do agree however i suppose that Harlequins would be very difficult to win with, let alone powergame with!

Regular Harlequins aren't able to be powergamed IMO, but i think that list is.

A Harlie force all in venoms is quite beardy, particularly with rules that make them much safer for the passengers. Plus it isnt all that fluffy for them all to be mounted in Venoms as the majority of official harlie fluff has them traversing the webway on foot, the main point bieng that many of the tunnels they use are very small, some even too small for Venoms. Plus they are supposed to be quite a rare element in the harlie force as they aren't all that inclined to spend time constructing vehicles or getting others to do it.
