Default Orthos - Anaris

Hi all. Here is my Craftworld. I've been working on it over the last couple of days (make that hours :P) and I would gladly appreciate any critisim, advice or opinions.

Thanks in Advance

CRAFTWORLD ORTHOS – ANARIS (Meaning the Mythical Dawn Light)

Orthos - Anaris is the legendary home of the Kerun - Dyan (The Moon Guardians). After the fall, this ancient but secretive aspect was exiled from the other craftworlds and forced to form their own because of their ‘sacrilegious’ beliefs. These beliefs are that each rudimentary force in the universe must co-exist in mutual balance and that no one force should ever exceed this balance. They believe that before the fall their race far exceeded this balance and was punished by the gods, (Thus the fall). The Kerun – Dyan now strive to maintain the balance amongst the universe using their powerful psychic to sense unbalances and right them. Enemies of every other race, the Kerun – Dyan still deem all others as Mon-Keigh (Inferior to themselves) but do not wish to exterminate them like their kin.

SPECIAL RULES:

The Craftworld of Orthos – Anaris follows the following special rules:

The Craftworld is denied the use of all codex listed special characters (except phoenix lords), The Avatar, Guardian Defender Squads, Guardian Storm Squads and Rangers.

Seer Council – The Craftworld may take a seer council as described for an Ulthwe army.

Moon Guardians – The Craftworlds supplement for regular guardian squads are Moon Guardians, They are a fiercely trained aspect that specializes in the art of Evasion and Distraction. They get their name from the fact that their armour is said to radiate light even in the darkness of night.
They may be selected as troops.

Moon Guardians are treated exactly the same as guardian defenders with the following changes: They have BS 4, May take frag grenades at +1 point per model and may take an exarch. Note that an Orthos - Anaris army must take at least one moon guardian squad.
The Exarch has the following profile:

Points:* *WS* *BS* *S* *T* *W* *I* *A* *Ld* *Sv
+14* * * * *5* * * 5* * 3* *3* * 1* *6* *2* * 9* * 3+

One model in the squad may be upgraded to Exarch for the additional points cost.
The Exarch may exchange his shuriken catapult for a Bolt Caster for +10 points or a Repeater Rifle for + 5 points.
Bolt Caster: S 4 Ap 4 Rage 18, Assault 2
Repeater Rifle: S 4 Ap -- Range 12, Assault 4

In addition he may select up to 2 warrior powers from the following: Ghostly Visage for + 14 points, Dawn Light for +14 points.

Ghostly Visage: The exarch summons up powerful psychic energies from his dead comrades and plants a visage of ghostly horror into his enemies’ minds.
Should the Exarchs squad fall below half strength any enemy that chooses to shoot at them is required to take a leadership test with a -1 penalty to do so even if the Exarchs squad is the closest.

Dawn Light: The Exarch literally emits a strong glowing light from his armour that distracts enemies from their previous task.
This power may be used at the start of your turn. Roll a D6 on a roll of a 3+ a target enemy squad within 18’ of the Exarch must (if possible I.e. In range etc) shoot at the Exarchs squad next turn.

*Note that Ghostly Visage and Dawn Light may be used in the same turn but should the enemy squad fail their LD test then they may not shoot at anything that turn.

Sylvanis, The Moon Runner (Phoenix lord) … 140 points
Sylvanis was believed to be the very individual who first founded the aspect of the Kerun – Dyan. It is said that she enters battles when the eternal balance is in a state of un-rest. Her Armour is said to glow radiantly during battle and she wields Eifen, A mighty assault rifle that bears a large blade that is said to contain the souls of all it strikes down.

Aspect: Moon Guardians
Wargear: Eifen, A bolt caster (but S5 Assault 3) that adds +1 attack in cc and is trated as a power weapon.
Warrior Powers: Ghostly Visage, Dawn Light, Battle Fate (Sylvanis’s save is invulnerable)

Special Thanks too Elflord9d for allowing me the use of Kerun - Dyan and Blizzard for "allowing me" the use of Sylvanis.

Congratulations. In my opinion your work has paid off - I can't see anything wrong with it.

That's nice, good fluff too.
I think it should be at least +15 to upgade a Guardian to an Exarch though.
Being in a squad of guardians means that it will take a while to wittle them all down, meaning he has more protection that most Exarchs (Guardian squads can be up to twice to four times the size of an aspect Warrior squad). He is also particularly nasty!

Ok, Cool, Thanks alot for the feedback guys. And yes I think you are completely right Rezzy. I have put the point cost up to 14 and made a couple of other little changes.
