A wraithwall is a strategy generally employed by th Iyanden Craftworld or any other wraith heavy Eldar army.

It is composed of at least 10 wraithguard and a spiritseer. Ideally it would include 10 wraithguard, a spiritseer with conceal, a farseer with fortune, and 1 or 2 wraithlords equipped with with anti horde weapons.

The main purpose of a wraithwall is to keep up the pressure on the opponent. Restrict their movement options by continuously advancing, or hold an objective.

A wraithwall is generally most effective against enemy units that are expensive and are not equipped with rending, power fists, or power weapons. The wraithguard's gun can hurt anything deeply except hordes because of a low rate of fire.

The wraithwall however requires support. Due to a lack of speed, range, and CC capability the wraithwall (like any other Eldar unit) needs support from the rest of the army. The range disadvantage can also be counteracted by a short range but fast unit. The fast units are needed largely for grabbing objectives and getting to trouble spots that the wall can't deal with at the moment. Good fast support units include Vypers, jetbikes, Warp Spiders, and anything in a waveserpent. The range units are used to take care of threats to the wall in the early game. Good range support units include Warwalkers, Fire Prisms, and Dark Reapers. CC units are needed to support the wall because although the wall is extremely tough (WS4, T6, TL-3+, Fearless) it loses a lot of that toughness when the twin linked armour save or the toughness are ignored. Even when facing a deadly CC unit the wall can still hold them in place for at least one turn. This will allow you to get a high damage dealing CC unit into the battle to save the wall or at the least get revenge. Good CC support units include Harlequins, and Banshees.

A Wraithwall can be extremely effective so long as it has the proper support and its weaknesses are kept in mind.
