Here's my budget frendlyish list for 1000pts What should my Dire A. Exarch get?

First of all, what types of armies do you play? Because here you have an extremely low model count, and ~1/3 of your army invested in fire dragons! And Falcons are heavy support, not elites. Do you have any other models that you can use? Because I would put in some more CC or fire power, like harlies, scorpions, or spiders.

Yes, maybe you should mod for a bigger list correlation isn't at its best here.

Dire Avengers, depends, shooty guys give bladestorm and 2 dire cats, up close and personnel defend, forcefield and power weapon. I suggest shooty type because that is theri best way to fight and they are pretty slow seeing they ahev no transport, but I understand you don't have all the items, heck I proxy half my games ( need 6 more things and no more proxying!). But you should work up to a goal, but little by little is good too.

I highly not suggesting use of brightlance on a falcon, half the shots are going to miss, get a scatter laser, or cannon, or starcannon. Spirit stones would make your falcon invincible!

I would also have 2 flamers on your wraithlord, because woopy, 4 kills or less, when 2 flamers can get tons on a horde or anything.

Otherwise what sdo you want your list to be? Horde? Mech? Armoured? Aspect like army? we've got tons of possibilities here ;D.
