I have found that my favorite weapon in the Eldar arsenal is the Scatter Laser. I put this on everything that can have one. It provides the best number of shots with nice distance and strength.

Scatter laser, hands down. It's got a decent strength and a rate of fire that compensates for the poor BS of its operators.

Well I hate to echo but....

From a purely gaming stand point in the current Eldar codex the Scatter laser is king. It is quite simply the new starcannon. Decently cheap, huge dakka, good strength and range. Against marines in cover its actually just as effective or more effective than a star cannon, how crazy is that?

It can quite simply put do almost everything and you can have boatloads of them.

My favourite must be the scatter too for range and strength, but the vibros are now on my favourites list too
BLance is good too as reduces armour from 12+

Anyways, my favourite is the Scatter Laser. It's cheap, strong, lots of shots... it's just really fun to use. Against tanks and heavily armoured units I, of course, prefer the Bright Lance or Starcannon, but in most cases where I'm just up against random foes it'll be the Scatter Laser. Great against lightly armoured anything, really.

depends on what unit. for my bikes, falcon it's the shuirken but for everything else the scatter.

The Starcannon has one fifths the support of the Scatter Laser... my my, how things have changed.

It's a great weapon. It can do pretty much anything. My Vypers which were going to tote flashy Starcannons will now mount Slasers, as I like to call them.

Personally it would be the Vibro Cannon for me. It just adds that valuable anti-tank support for my aspect warrior heavy list. It's either that or the 6 scatter lasers on my warwalker ^-^

I have to jump on the "Scatter Laser" bandwagon too. It gets an excellent return for the points, kills just as many marines as the starcannon when cover is involved, and they cry a whole lot less...
