Default Chaos Sorcerer Conversion.
I was thinking to myself and I thought Sorcerers need a more robed look and I thought what if you glue a cape on both sides of his chest to make a sort of robe.

Anyone know how I could do that?

well, is he in terminator armour? i need a bit more detail, athough you could just GS him a cloak.
So, a few details would help alot.

Well, if your sorcerer is in terminator armour you may wish to try this on for size:

File of the imperial iconography and add some chaosy stuff: Replace the head with one of your god (a bird head for tzeench, face of boils or gas mask for nurgle and something twisted for slaanesh).

Add a few personal touches. If it was me my slaaneshi sourcerer (more likely a sorceress) would have a deamonette close by.
