Hi, this is the first time I've posted here but I'm quite proud of my new chaos lord conversion so i thought I'd show you guys and ask you what you think


I'd also like to thank kasrkin Rhodes for helping me out on the road to choosing Tzeentch (long story,ask him if you really want to know...) but also for some tips he offered me on the conversion (horns,and weapon in particular ) and for the psychic energy being shot out his hand

I'll post some pics of him over in the painting section when he is completely finished

thanks guys, yeah i've nticed tht too and i'll clean it up soon, as t azr's question yes they are tzeentch shoulder pads

also, if you look closely (pics 2,3, and 5) you'll see a part that gives away his origin (in my background he wasn't aways a chaos lord he was warped by chaos owers after the heresy)

well done guys for correctly guessing he was an inquisitor,

in the background for my army the after the heresy when the inquisitors are introduced the Imperium find a group of thousand son warriors on a planet which was cut of for a while 9warp storms or forgotten or something along those lines) so they send the inquisitor and the tools to purge them all, but during warp travel the inquisitor recievs a vision from ahraim showing him the benefits of Tzeentch so he choses his most loyal (the chosen and possesed in the army) and killes everyone else on the ship and lands on the planet taking the thousand sons with him when he leaves, later he finds ahraim in person (as his vison promises) and then the sons get the rubric and he is transformed into what he is now.

anyway that's a rough overveiw of the background

I thought i'd let you guys know that i've finaly finished painting him (after 6 hours ) unfortunatly the weather here isn't the best for photo taking buti'll get some pics of him up here as soon as I can, saturday at the latest
