Default terrain

i am looking for some help for terrain for necrons.
i have a pyramid (it looks like the one in the codex page:46)
but my master piece is a sacrifice that has a guardsman glued to a piece of foam
i am looking for some wires to stick into his head and arms/limbs (so it looks like he is having his soul harvested).
if you have and advice on how to make these wires i would be gratefull.

Guitar Strings make for good cables... I dont know how much a set of them are... but if you know any one in a band, they change them out kind of often, at least the dude I know does.

I don't know that I really like the idea of alot of cables with the Necrons. They always seemed like more of an "internal mechanics" type of a race. JMHO. The Necrons provide you with a great opportunity to expand on your ageing techniques. Lots of weathering, erosion, buildup, etc...
The other thing that strikes me as being perfect would be symmetrical things. Lots of crystal formations but put them in discreet symetrey with the obelisiks and then in allignment somehow with your final pyramid. Just an idea.
