Default Fishy's Converted Broadsides

I was somewhat inspired by greydeath's 4 legged broadsides with these conversions. While I didnt go for the 4 leg pattern, I did like the way he mounted the railguns. So I retrofitted a few of my older broadsides (I never really liked the layout of the broadside model anyway)

And as you can probably see, the black one is kneeling.

Overal, I like the, but I have to be sincere:
The keeling one is not working.
Looks more like a weird run, or something. Weird.

The kneeling one is weird. You have put the leg to faraway. You should bring the thigh more forward and the shin more backwards. That way you have a much more natural kneeling down pose.

Are broadsides supposed to be able to kneel???

gret conversion but for some reason the thought of a broadside kneeling does not appeal to me greatly they look as if they should stand

I think it will need a BIG transformation to make this looks natural.
You need to give the foot toes (here are none, more trouble) some flexibility, change the angle of the right leg. But maybe is just that the feet shape are not good for this.

And yes, broadsides are not made for kneeling...

They can kneel somehow, but squatting looks better on them.

Kneeling battlesuits (XV8's or 88's) never really did it for me. A better way to achieve a similar "feel" IMO is to have it with bent knees, bracing for recoil. Here's an example of a suit I did awhile back that's posed like this:

That's awesome Tonka...especially the guns, but anyway...

The kneel looks a bit weird...
