Look at the GW site and look at starting a tau army article. It should have step by step instructions.

Just out of curiosity, have you read the forum rules? *HINT HINT*
Water down your paints, but not so much that they run all over the model. If paint gets in the cracks in the armour (and it will, trust me), picks it out with a needle and carefully paint in some black ink. |
