Default How big does a conversion need to be??

The other day i bought a box of Warhammer Night Goblins and decided to convert my boss out of the parts. I realized with delight thata simpal arm swap and the mixing of parts from other sprues was very effective and im now very proud of the model. Is this still classed as a conversion??

if you changed him from any way that is not how the pieces come and are instructed to be put togeter then it is a conversion a light one as you have done but say building a ork wehicle would be a big conversion

No matter what the size of the alteration, be it a head-swap or refitting a Baneblade, it is still a conversion.

Just make sure you don't go too far, remember, you're headed to London, don't take it to Moscow. Don't go thinking "now it is time for t3h uber monkey 5 armed goblin of doom! Muahahaha! This will look so cool!" because I can almost guarantee you in as little as a month later you will look at it and say "what the HELL possessed me to do that?"

+++Many of my own conversions are just little head, weapon, arm swaps etc. like my beastman CSM who just has a head and one arm from a beastman on a power armour body, which looks simple but effective. Once in a while though I just decide to go mad on one model. My favourite mad conversion is a CSM dreadnought with arms made from a large variety of spikey things, a head from a defiler, loads of chains, a detailed base and a banner on top. In the end the extent of your conversions is up to you+++
