Right'o to get straight to the point I have a 'web' picture on my desktop, well when I say web picture it's actually a picture on my Hard Drive, but anyways, I would like to get the Desktop Icons back to transparent rather than the background colour... Is this possible with a 'web' picture being used?
I haven't locked the desktop and I'm running XP sp2 and Performance visual effects (found in the advance tab of the system properties) is set to best appearance so 'Smooth Edge For Screen Fonts' is on. As you can see I have tried various things but they haven't worked so either if you could suggest something that will work or different way to permanently display a pic on your Desktop (BUT NOT AS A BACKGROUND!) it would be very much appreciated. My Google-fu failed me this time :-[ |

Can you take a screenshot of what's going on?
