Default Writing Tablets (PC)

Howdy folks, just a out of the blue question.

I am looking to get a writing tablet, that works relatively well in comparison to its price range. Is there any decent working ones between 40-80.00? or is this something worth saving a little up for?

I wanted to use it mainly for working with some manga studio software, and being able to interpret my strokes would be ideal.

More info would be great I guess.

What currency are you working in? :P

I have a Wacom Bamboo, which is great; pressure sensitive, extra feature buttons. Works fine, nice and simple, relatively cheap.

Around £50, or USD 80.

I'm not an expert artist by any means, I just use it for doodling or as a mouse, and it's perfect for that.

I don't know any specifics, but a Wacom would do great.
I had one, and it worked fine, and I'm sure they are the best for tablets.
I am also looking for one though, so I'll see what you turn up with.

Was looking at this. Had free shipping and the likes, but according to these specs, is it halfway decent?

I had a Wacom Bamboo, and it was great! (Lent it to a friend though, since getting a tablet pc) It was a Bamboo, not a Bamboo fun, and it would be the most basic one I would recommend.

That ebay item.. looks VERY cheap and.. low quality =\ I'd go for a Wacom Bamboo at the very least. I picked mine up for AUD$99.. which is.. as Hive Lord said, around USD 80.

yeah, sounds like the 80.00 would be better.
