I now have the knowledge - thanks to the simplification of the new codex's of how to make an army list buider for all updated codex's in Microsoft Excel. The only problem is; I know I can make it and use it myself, but can I host it online for other people to use?

The Tau codex has already been done by a member of this site, so it should be legal if you lock the pages that contain the raw data. Contact Joeyeti (unsure of spelling) if you don't know how to do this.
