Animated gif's
Hi all, I am trying to make a animated gif in my avatar but i need a free way to make them.
So far what i have done is filmed a 30 second .mov ( video low quality no sound I then used file juicer to change it in a bunch of .jpeg's Then i save the .jpeg files as .gif's and now i need a way to place them back into a animated .gif Does any one know of any free programs for mac that can do this? ( i know that quick time pro can convert .mov's in animated gifs 0

Well, there's always the GIMP. Open source, "free" software, and cross-platform.

As FOXX said, GIMP is probably the cheapest and easiest way to go. If you look around on Google (probably on the first page of: GIMP, tutorial, animation) you will find free tutorials that people have put up in order to educate the new in the ways of the GNU.

gifworks.com might be usefull, however I never used it s o I don't really know.
http://www.gif-animator.com/ The trial should work for what you want, however the full version costs money. http://www.newfreedownloads.com/Multimedia-Graphics/Image-Editors/AZ-Paint-Animated-GIF-Editor.html May work too. However if all else fails trust Gimp -Good Luck N19
