Unhappy Getting slaughtered Need help.

I got Daemons because I though they looked the best and on paper they seemed awesome. I only seem to win 10% of my games and I'm just getting sick of it.

I have a lot of trouble against Space Marines and there Terminators. they have power weapons so Plaguebearers are slow and just die without there feel no pain, and if I try to use bloodletter the space Marines player would just shoot everything they got at them before I can get them in combat. And I try using nurglings to keep them stuck but they just die from the million attacks they get.

I also have trouble against necrons and there Monoliths that are impossible to take down, you can try to ignore them but then almost every necron unit has 2 WBB saves, and if you try to assault them they just teleport out and open fire on you with rapid fire weapons. And the people who I play always bring in a Deciver so now I have another model that I can't assault period without it just jumping out of combat and then assaulting a squad that can't do damage to it.

I have trouble with other armies as well but these seem to be the ones I fight the most. Am I just playing the Daemons wronge or something like that? How should I set up when fighting I normally just go for straight for assaults when I get a chance otherwise everything just seems to die if I just sit around for a larger army to deep strike in.

What I have is

1 Ku'gath, the plaguefather
1 Bloodthiurster (Modified to also be able to go as a Skarbrand)
1 Great Unclean one
1 Bluescriber
1 Skulltaker no Chariot
3 Herald of Tzeentch on Chariots
6 Fiends of slaanesh
6 Flamers of Tzeenth
1 Beast of Nurgle (never used it since I only have 1 and got it for free)
40 Bloodletters
15 Plaguebearers
20 Pink Horrors
20 Nurglings
10 Flesh Hounds
1 Karanak
2 Soul Grinders
2 Daemon Princes

Right first things first i don't play choas or deamons but with your help with neceons blast the "&^( out of the troop and destroyers so that he'll phase out also if you give me some info about what the guy had then i can help you more. i've just seen you face guys with decivers (i'll correct latter) always deploy in a defensive formation where you can't get assaulted or fire at with long range weaponry so when he moves his own guys (my fave rules for that model)

hope this helps i'll get back to you if you need more help.

Well He had
1 NL with Rez orb
1 Decever
2 Monoliths
3 Tomb Spiders
3 Heavy Destroyers (I know 4 heaves but the rules for that game happened to say we had to spend a certain amount of points in heaves so we could get past 3)
10 Destroyers
a ton of Warriors
a small squad of Immortals
and Scarabs that he surrounded his army with as meat shields.
