Okies, you've got a good base for a list but here are a few tweaks I'd maybe make.
Hq - Nice standard lord, cheap points wise and cheerful in the combat parts, I'd maybe try and get some points for a mark or consider changing him into a Daemon prince for more of an edge. Elites - I'd reccomend against terminators in 1000pts, a tad too expensive and not really up to much in this list since they'd be completely independent essentially and are not that geared up. The points could be better spent elsewhere, like on more troops. Troops - More importantly the lack of, I myself would run at least 20 marines in a 1k list, you'll find these little squads will not hold up well especially without even chaos glory or any other mark, even with one squad in the rhino once they pop out of it these guys aren't really gonna be up to much, I'd find somewhere to get some points for troops, maybe throw in some melta's and a power fist instead of a power weapon on the rhino squad, they'll pack a devastating close range punch and kiss your anti-tank problems goodbye. Fast Attack - Again a little bit expensive and a bit too flismy, if you could bulk them up, but these would just be an easy kill point for an opponent in my opinion, I'd change for some kind of anti-tank support or again more troops. As lets be honest since 5th edition came in troops are essential to victory, these fast moving dudes can't capture any more and you don't want to just hand points over to your opponent. Heavy Support - Vindicator, nice touch very Iron Warriors and a fan favourite for understandable reasons, sold choice although the daemonic possession isn't quite necessary, consider dropping it if you need points elsewhere. However I'd consider changing the havocs a bit, heavy bolters are good but in this list I feel you need some anti-tank/mc support, consider dropping one or two heavy bolters for missle launchers, this way you get the anti-tank/mc support but also the option to template the masses if you feel thats what you need, otherwise I'd consider changing the Havocs for either a Predator with some lascannons or some obliterators again both nice and Iron Warrior-ish. It's a good base list and with a bit of tweaking could pack a real punch, just adjust your troops and get some anti-tank and you'll generally be set, If possible consider a points effective daemon prince, you may feel it will deliver more than a standard lord. Good Luck.
